Student and Graduate Data
Student records are also stored in the following third party databases – WordPress, Accredible and Freshdesk. The records are use to provide excellent service to our students and graduates. They are also use to check completion rates and act in accordance with ICF Accreditation guidelines.
We use a direct payment gateway to complete all online transactions and this service is provided by industry recognized merchants. These merchants have access to your data. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Our transaction data is stored for as long as it necessary to complete your online payments. Once all transaction is completed, your data will be deleted.

The information you provide on our website for completing a transaction, credit card verification or to download a material is collected and use for that specific purpose only.
